qtoon Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between qtoon and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the qtoon Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qtoon operates exclusively as an adult entertainment service and does not permit access to any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling purpose without the prior written consent of qtoon is prohibited.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by qtoon or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, consultant, or contractor of qtoon, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by qtoon management.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the Platform. You confirm that your participation is funded from lawful sources and does not exceed your personal financial means.

qtoon reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued during the period in which an Account is found to be ineligible may be voided at qtoon's sole discretion.

Registration Requirements

To create a qtoon Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your real name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the qtoon Platform. If you already hold an Account and attempt to open a second Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using a different payment method — qtoon may close all associated Accounts and void any balances held within them.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

qtoon operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC checks may be triggered at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or at any time at qtoon's discretion. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests and to provide accurate supporting documentation promptly.

Withdrawal of funds from your Account will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. qtoon accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing that arise from a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, or Account changes made through your Account are your sole responsibility unless you have formally notified qtoon of an unauthorised access event prior to the activity in question.

You must notify qtoon immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach. qtoon will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.

Accurate Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held in your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, residential address, or payment method information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay KYC verification or withdrawal processing.

Accepted Payment Methods

qtoon accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). qtoon does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Account cashier at the time of the transaction. qtoon reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time; Players will be notified of material changes via registered email.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your qtoon Account within seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank. qtoon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed the same day to the registered mobile wallet or bank account on file. Withdrawal requests submitted after this cut-off or on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. qtoon reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity patterns trigger an internal review.

Funds Origin and Anti-Money Laundering

You confirm that all funds deposited into your qtoon Account originate from legitimate, lawful sources and that your use of the Platform does not constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. qtoon reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze Account funds pending investigation. Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same payment method from which they were originally received, subject to the applicable method's capabilities.

Permitted Use

The qtoon Platform is provided exclusively for the personal entertainment of individual registered Players. You may access and use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. All content on the Platform — including game software, odds data, design elements, and written materials — is the intellectual property of qtoon or its licensed providers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qtoon Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament standings.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing discrepancies — commonly referred to as "glitch exploitation". Winnings derived from identifiable errors may be voided.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crime through or in connection with the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qtoon staff or other Players through any communication channel offered by the Platform, including live chat.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, or application programming interfaces, without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, game titles, and design elements displayed on the qtoon Platform are the property of qtoon or the respective third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or licence to use any qtoon intellectual property for any purpose other than as strictly necessary for your personal use of the Platform.

Game Rules and Technical Malfunctions

Each game available on the qtoon Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's on-screen rules and any other communication, the on-screen rules prevail. qtoon does not accept liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions, interrupted internet connections, server outages, or any other technical failure beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a proven technical error resulting in an incorrect game outcome, qtoon reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to Players.

Taxes and Duties

qtoon does not withhold any taxes or duties on Player winnings. It is your sole responsibility to determine and fulfil any tax obligations applicable to your gaming winnings under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction relevant to your personal circumstances. qtoon accepts no responsibility for any tax liability you may incur as a result of your use of the Platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your qtoon Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, qtoon will process all pending withdrawal requests and return your available real-money balance to your registered payment method before finalising the Account closure. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Suspension by qtoon

qtoon may suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit.
• Detection of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, qtoon will endeavour to notify the Account holder via registered email within 48 hours unless disclosure is prohibited by law or would prejudice the investigation.

Termination by qtoon

In cases of confirmed material breach, qtoon may permanently close an Account and void all balances, including real-money funds, where those funds are found to be proceeds of fraud or where the Account was opened in breach of eligibility criteria. In all other cases of termination initiated by qtoon without cause attributable to the Player, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The qtoon Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. qtoon makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qtoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss beyond the amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

qtoon shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment processors. In such circumstances, qtoon will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate any material disruption to Players via the Platform or registered email.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless qtoon, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the qtoon Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting qtoon support at [email protected]. qtoon will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and neither party shall be entitled to pursue the dispute through litigation in any court, save to enforce an arbitral award.

Amendments to These Terms

qtoon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, qtoon will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 7.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and qtoon with respect to your use of the Platform.
